When you come to see us, you will have an Initial consultation which is a discovery time. You will complete and bring back to this first appointment a Food Diary, a Questionnaire and other items depending on your intention. From here, we will have another appointment 1 week later where you will be given reports on your health based on the Initial appointment and a plan of action will be agreed on.

Initial Wellness Consultation - 60 Minutes $150 (includes a 10 minutes follow up in person or on phone to discuss an action plan)

Created for those that are generally healthy but have a particular area of their health they wished addressed. Also appropriate for those wishing to undertake a detoxification program or weight loss program.

Comprehensive Consultation – 90 Minutes $210, Couples – 120 Minutes $290 (includes a 10 minutes follow up in person or on phone to discuss an action plan)

Created for those who have a more serious health concern like Preconception Care, Infertility or chronic health issues.

Follow Up Consultations – 30 Minutes $70, 15 Minutes $40

All follow up appointments are 15 or 30 minutes, unless further time is booked and required.
