There are many benefits to yoga, mentally, physically and spiritually. Some of these are a sense of calm and peace within the body, strength and flexibility, improved breathing and more energy.  Many people tell me how well they sleep after they do yoga.  Below you will find more detail on some of the different class types that we offer.
