When you are trying to concieve it can be very stressful. As we all know stress can have many negative impacts on our body and can potentially affect our hormones, therefore making it more difficult to conceive. What a vicious cycle! 
One of the things we can do to help this is yoga. Yoga has many benefits in reducing your stress levels. All yoga classes will have this positive affect. Yoga can also help to improve blood flow around the body, therefore increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs. In some instances infertility can be due to reduce blood flow to the uterus.
In a Fertility yoga we can focus on this even more. Concentrating on the hips and abdominal areas, inceasing circulation and also reducing your stress levels with active relaxation and visualisations.
