Pregnancy creates new demands due to your everchanging body. Your pregnant body is naturally and miraculously in a heightened state of awareness and creativity. Taking time to pause from the strain of the day to day activity to connect with your body enables you to experience and enjoy this journey.
Yoga helps to bring balance to your body, increasing strength and tone.
We include pranayama (breathing) practices, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. We also include suggestions and ideas you can use during labour and the birth of your baby.

Labour Preparation – 4 week courses
- Monday 6pm – Kathy – Bookings essential – Next Course starts 19 March
This 4 week course will focus on yoga, breathing and relaxation techniques that can be used during labour. Each class we will spend some time discussing different aspects of labour and birth and ways that you can naturally work with labour as it progresses, then we will do some yoga and relaxation techniques. Partners are welcome to join this class if they wish
Couples Pregnancy & Birth Preparation Workshop
