During your pregnancy you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health of your baby for the rest of its life.

Many studies have been completed on your nutrition and lifestyle during thes nine months time and what health implications that sets up for your baby later in life. Eating a high glyceamic diet, consuming sugars and unhealthy fats has been shown to ensure your baby will have problems such as obesity, diabetes and possibly heart disease later in life.

As you baby develops, through each trimester you will have different nutritional requirements. We can help you identify your specific requirements and help you create and food plan that is appropriate and ensure you are taking the correct supplements that you require.  

We can also help to address specific issues that you may experience at different stages of prgenancy like fatigue, nausea, heart-burn, and help prepare your for labour and beyond.

The Postnantal period is another important time, a time of healing and growing strong once again. This also is a time of specific nutritional requirements.
