Fully Fertile Workshop

In this workshop we will look at fertility and our ability to concieve and carry a healthy baby, covering many areas of the mind, body and spirit

We will include:

  • Yoga, looking at simple postures (asana) both moving and restorative, breathing techniques (pranayama), visualisations and yoga nidra
  • A womens natural hormonal cycle, whats normal, whats not and how to identify when your best chances of concieving are.
  • Male fertility issues
  • Naturopathic concepts and ideas around healthy conception and pregnancy covering food and nutrition.
  • We will also look at ways that you can best support yourself if you are trying to concieve naturally or with assisted reproductive therapies.

This workshop is best suited to women currently trying to concieve, but partners are also welcome to attend as are Yoga Teachers wishing to learn more about working with women and fertility.

Couples Pregnancy & Birth Preparation Workshop

To help prepare couples for the end stage of pregnancy, labour and the birth of your new baby. This Workshop is run by Kathy Grace – Yoga Teacher, Naturopath and has completed Doula studies

We will cover

  • How your support person can support you and what they ’can do’
  • Yoga – to relieve discomfort at the end of pregnancy, and to support      you during all stages of labour and the postnatal time. Including movement, postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxations and visualisations.
  • Vocal Toning and using sound during pregnancy and labour
  • Techniques and information on how you can ‘naturally’ help your labour progress and develop
  • Massage Techniques

You will also receive a manual full of information to support you with your choices around child birth including ideas on natural therapies and homoepathy that can be used.

Its a jam packed 3 hours!

Who should attend? This workshop is designed for women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester, along with their birthing partner. This may also be a good introduction for Yoga Teachers wanting to learn more about pregnancy and how to support women during their pregnancy with yoga

Kids Yoga Teacher Training

We aim to provide you with skills, knowledge and experience to share yoga to all ages and stages of life with particular focus on Yoga for infants, children and teens.

Most importantly, you will come out with tons of fabulous ideas to create original, captivating and fun yoga experiences for kids of all ages.

The style encompasses and embraces all traditions and lineages of Yoga.

Please Note: this workshop does not qualify you to become a yoga teacher. If you wish to receive a yoga teachers qualification you will need to complete an accredited yoga teacher training program. This workshop is intended to share some simple yoga techniques to share with children, whether that be at home, in a classroom or elsewhere. If you are a qualified yoga teacher only then will you be able to run your own structured kids yoga classes for the general public  

Your course registration includes a-

  • Teacher Training Manual, notepad and pen.
  • Course completion certificate.
  • Herbal teas and fruit & nut snacks will be provided.
  • The venue is equipped with mats/blankets/blocks and bolsters, also a toilet and kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable for up to 10 days after your registration, after which time they are no longer refundable and only transferable to another course. Any deposits made on or after the balance due date are non-refundable and only transferable. Refunds or transfers to another course date will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued within 72 hours of the training.
